Safes are shipped via truck to your
destination inside the continental United States. Safes shipped via truck
arrive at the specified address and are lowered to the ground by the trucking
company at no additional charge.
The Freight Line will not bring the safe inside.
IMPORTANT:
Deliveries must be signed for at the time of delivery; therefore the
customer must be present. The trucking company will not leave a safe if no
one is available to sign for the shipment at the delivery address. The
trucking company will also charge a redelivery fee, which will be payable
by the customer.
IMPORTANT:
ALL SAFES MUST BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Damages must be
noted prior to signing the freight bill; otherwise you will be unable to
return the safe. If the safe is damaged
REFUSE DELIVERY.
If this occurs, please notify us immediately that the shipment was refused
due to damage, so that we are able to make arrangements to send a new
safe. If you keep the safe your only recourse is to contact the freight
carrier for compensation.
Returns
Returned merchandise must be unopened and in good condition. Merchandise
may not be returned without our prior approval. When returned, goods and
their cartons must be in perfect unused, resaleable condition. All returns
are subject to our inspection and approval. Non-stock, special goods or
items fabricated, modified, or cut to size per order are not returnable.
Shipping Costs
The customer will pay all freight on returns. No returns will be
accepted after 3 days of receipt. No returns on ANY electrical products.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee for undamaged returns will be charged 20% of the
merchandise cost.
Please inspect all merchandise before signing for it.
